Ping Kei is a very old tea restaurant, you probably won't get in when you see it, then you may lose a good chance to taste some wonderful food.

It looks really small inside, nearly no place to sit, or you may want to leave because of the noisy and crowded environment...Hold on! get inside and you found something different!

There is a path to get in a more quiet and comfortable area to sit down. 

You can see the 80s style of the restaurant. The hand write menu and marble walls... Classic! Feels like you have traveled back to the old times of Hong Kong.

Condense Milk with Peanut Butter loaf.  奶醬長包 $9

I must say this loaf really surprise me, it really not that good looking. but...

Look!!!! There are full of Condense milk and peanut butter! What really surprise me is the loaf! The loaf looks dry and hard, in fact, it is totally opposite!! It's soft and tender,  with all those milk and peanut butter, this make a very yummy loaf!

Hot honey with lemon. 熱檸蜜 $15

Ping Kei, unlike other tea restaurant, is not stingy at all. They put 4 pieces of lemon slices and a big spoon of honey  in the drink, it won't be too sour nor sweet, just right. The cup is classic cup of tea restaurant which is glass, there are very less tea restaurant still use this kind of glass cup. They can keep the temperature of the drink much longer that plastic cup .

Buttered toast. 鮮油多士 $10

OMG! This buttered toast is a sin!!!!! Although eating butter is not healthy, i still highy recommended!! Can you see the thickness of the toast? Can you see the thickness of the butter!? The toast is hot, crunchy, still soft inside. The butter is cold, smooth, aromatic of oil and orange(?) ( yeah, it has taste of orange, strange, right? but it's good) and melting. The toast adsorb all the melted butter into the bread. Must try!  

Overall, You must go and have a try, it can be described. Worth it!
