After recommended many traditional Hong Kong style restaurants, this time I would like to introduce a special dining place to all music and food lovers! Hard Rock Cafe is a global restaurant chain in 52 countries to serve quick American food. The Hard Rock Café Hong Kong is located at the heart of Lan Kwai Fong, the party and night life center of the city. With a stylish interior design, delicious American cuisine, refreshing cocktails and fist-pumping live shows, you must enjoy dining at Hard Rock.
This time my friend and I ordered three dishes, they are the Hard Rock Nachos, Hickory-smoked Barbecue Ribs and Legendary 10 OZ. Burger. We also ordered 1 cocktail called Purple Haze and 1 special drink with strawberry favor. Remember, all dishes from HRC were in big portion!!!
HARD ROCK NACHOS $135

These are fresh corn tortilla chips piled high with cheddar cheeses and seasoned pinto beans, served with sour cream and chopped green onions. You can also add grilled chicken, barbecue pulled pork or grilled beef for an additional charge. The nachos was warm and freshly fried. It's very tasty and delicious!
HICKORY-SMOKED BAR-B-QUE RIBS (Half set) $182

Since rib is one of a representative American style dish, it was a Tennessee-style ribs rubbed served with seasoned fries, ranch beans and fresh coleslaw. The taste of the ribs are not too strong and can easily being separated. It's fantastic and very yummy! And I think half set is very suitable for 2 people to eat.
LEGENDARY 10 OZ. BURGER $138

It's one of the famous specialty of Hard Rock Cafe, featured with the seasoned bacon, two slices of Cheddar cheese, a crisp fried onion ring,
lettuce, tomato, and pickles. I believed that this burger is made from the high quality ingredients as it's very delicious. It served on a warm, toasted bun with a grilled medium-well burger.
Purple Haze(left) and strawberry drink(right) $99 & $99

Overall: Even though the price of food is a bit expensive in Hard Rock Cafe, it is reasonable after you try it! Having a live band music with all the delicious american style foods, it's a special and memorable dining experience. It's also a great place in Lan Kwai Fong for a drink and to watch the crowds. To sum up, it's really worth a try!
