可乘搭地鐵於上環地鐵站A2出口步行至上環市政大廈

I took about 10 mins to walk form Sheung Wan Mtr Station A2 Exit to the Municipal Services Building. After that, I had to find the elevator to go to 2/F around the market which is not easy to find. However when I arrived 2/F, the two big red word "Shui Kee" is very obvious.

Shui Kee is a Hong Kong style tea restaurant with long history. It's located at a corner with around five tables. The menu is a red wooden board written with the silver font. It's interesting that the price is written in a traditional number and it's difficult to understand.

The recommended specialties of Shui Kee are the corned beef and egg bun, french toast and cold milk tea in-the-bottle.

Corned beef and egg bun  $13

The bun is made to order, therefore it roasted crispy soft and delicious. The salty corned beef and scrambled eggs is a good match. The taste is very rich and nice.

French toast  $18

This french toast is different from other french toast. It used two slices of white bread pan-fried with a little egg wash ,then condensed the milk on top when it turned golden brown. It's simply another Hong Kong styled divine.

Cold milk tea in-the-bottle  $9

The milk tea is contained in a re-used Schweppes bottle. No ice is inside the bottle, so the tea and milk concoction is rich. Also, the tea is quite strong as you can see by the color of the drink.

Overall: This tea restaurant is full of Hong Kong traditional style. The boss is very friendly and sincere. He always smile to the customers. It's a shop full of human touch. Besides, the food are tasty with a very reasonable price. Therefore, Shui Kee is highly recommended to all of you!
